Your Dog’s Home Away From Home

In Good Hands & Off Of Yours
When your dog joins us for daycare, they’ll have continuous human supervision and plenty of playmates to romp around with!
Our daycare facilities encourage safe play by separating groups by size, temperament, and play style. All groups will have access to our spacious play areas and splash pools for our water-loving dogs—which are especially popular during those hot summer days. All staff members undergo extensive training before working in play yards, know pet CPR and are trained in the best group play practices.

The Right Environment for Your Pooch
We provide a controlled and monitored environment, in which approved dogs can interact and play throughout the day. Our strict standards for appropriate play ensures the happiness and safety of each dog in our care. Advance reservations are required as we limit the number of dogs in daycare.
Our spacious outdoor yards are fully-fenced and gated. Plus, artificial turf means no muddy paws! We offer splash pools and plenty of shade in the summer.

Temperament Test Guidelines
Pets must pass a scheduled temperament evaluation.
Clients interested in setting up Daycare for their dog must call the facility to set up an evaluation. At this time, we will collect proof of vaccinations.
We ask for a minimum of 1 hour to assess your dog’s behavior in group play. If your dog passes the temperament test, they can stay all day and normal charges apply. If your dog does not pass for group play, a staff member will notify you. There is no charge if your dog does not pass for camp.
Approved pets may have social privileges suspended if their behavior changes and becomes inappropriate for daycare.
Doggie Daycare Guidelines
- Pets must pass a scheduled temperament evaluation
- All dogs must be spayed or neutered after six months of age

We just need a little paperwork — don’t worry, it doesn’t take long. You can download them here or pick them up at The Grooming Room Pet Hotel front desk. We ask that you provide current vaccination records and completed forms prior to your dog’s stay.
While we do accept daycare drop-ins, we strongly encourage you to call ahead. If your dog will be joining us regularly for daycare, we recommend making a standing reservation on your typical play dates. This way, your pooch will always have a spot at Daycare.
We ask that you give 24 hours for daycare cancellations. If you miss two appointments without notice, your future daycare reservations may be cancelled. A daycare package is required for all standing reservations.
Our 72 Hour policy ensures that guests with little or no immunity have not been exposed accidentally and infected with an illness while visiting their veterinarian to get vaccinated. While it may seem a little strict, we prefer to error on caution when it comes to the safety of our guests.
Of course, and we encourage it, as many dogs are sensitive to sudden dietary changes, we find that it’s best to provide their regular food. By request, we can prepare specialized meals, including cooking or thawing if required. In particular cases, a $5 daily fee may apply.
If you forget your dog’s food, we use Blue Buffalo as our house food, which is charged at $2 per meal.
No problem. We can administer medication. Just make sure medication is in the original prescription bottle, clearly labeled and the dosage instructions are included.
As a full-service dog hotel, we provide the comforts of home including premium dog bedding and bowls. That said, you’re welcome to bring your pet’s favorite blanket, toy, or any item with a familiar scent—just clearly mark their items. Please limit it to two items. The Grooming Room cannot guarantee their condition upon check-out.
We have multiple room types with different amenities, there are rooms that can be private, including cozy bedding and bowls for their prepared meals. As for play, all rooms include daycare play with the group (unless your dog is not social then they will have one on one play with a team member). Best of all, there is no shortage of love and cuddles.
Yes, we have Boarding staff here 24/7/365. Our hotel also features security cameras and smoke detection systems.
If your dog is less than social, requires one-on-one attention, or senior, they are welcome to stay in our Suites for added privacy. They will receive special one-on-one care from our staff with multiple outings throughout the day to stretch their legs.
